My Spring Swap Gift is here!

Today I received my Etsy European Street Team Secret Spring Swap gift. It arrived from Italy from wonderful Priscilla of I bijoux dello Stregatto.
I was very excited while opening the big envelope and inside I found a very cute package with beautiful hand-drawn tag from Gufobardo, who is also an Italian artist.

I kept unwrapping and inside the blue bag found two smaller light blue packages.

And finally I got to my treasures - very cute butterfly and pearl bookmark and sweet pink glass earrings with heart chain.

And look how perfectly they fit with the top that I am wearing today.

Thank you, dear Priscilla, for the wonderful gifts! And special thanks to Anka of Happy hang around for hosting the game for us!

Happy Spring! :)

xo,

Inspiration received! :)

Today a real New Year's miracle happened. I received two wonderful books from Katri, who is a talented artist and a great friend. She decided to be my winter fairy this year and sent me something so great and inspirational.
Both books are autographed, which makes them even more special.

I've been admiring the work of Anna and Tatiana for years and now they have shared their knowledge and great sense of style with all of us.

Thank you, Katri, for this wonderful gift! I'm so happy and excited! My inspiration is slowly coming back to me...

Mouse No 3 has arrived :))

Actually, we call him Henry now. ;)

Everybody, please, meet Henry - the latest addition to our softy family.

Henry comes from a long line of colorful and happy Australian mice created by wonderful Hien of With Luv Clementine.
I won Henry in a great giveaway, where there were no losers. Everybody got a mouse from Hien. Isn't she great? ;)

He lives on my table now and has already adapted after the long flight.

Thank you so much, Hien! Your softies really bring joy and happiness to people!

What a Postman Brought Me...

Today I received so many great things in the mail! Recently I've been lucky to win two giveaways, and both prizes arrived today! Yipppeee!

The first one arrived from Australia, from wonderful Karyn of Releases by Rufydoof.

I received three beautiful handmade glass cabochons. I was supposed to get only two, but Karyn was so kind and made one extra specially for me. I feel pampered! :)
Check out these beauties!

They are so cute I'm even afraid to touch them! Need to think carefully about the future design.

The other package I received today was a bit bigger. It came from lovely Traci of handmadehappiness.

As you can see, it's a lace making kit. I have no idea how it works, but there is a book included and I think I'm gonna figure it out! ;) Looks like a lot of fun!

Thank you, Karyn!
Thank you, Traci!
You are wonderful! These beautiful gifts made my day! I feel happy and thankful to be a part of such a great crafting blogger community!

xo,

Mail is here!

Today I received some great things in the mail.

First of all, I would like to thank fabulous Kathryn from Our Shabby Cottage for the beautiful gift she sent me. I was the 200th follower of her blog and she made me this fantastic door stopper.
It's so me!

Some of you already know that we've decided to change our city apartment to a small country cottage. We'we been viewing potential houses for last several months. We even found one that seemed perfect and even managed to fall in love with it, but then we discovered that the dream house is growing five different types of mold in the basement, plus, two more in the attic. And that's a bit too much even for us. :) So, we're still searching. And when we find the one, this amazing door stopper will be perfect start for decorating the whole house! Thank you, Kathryn, I love it!
Check out Kathryn's Etsy store, as she has plenty of great things there!

Besides the gift from Kathryn I found couple of more nice things in the mail today, like these embroidery scissors I ordered a while ago.

And also a bit of treasures for my future projects.

I still don't know what I'm gonna do with the fishes... Hmmm... Maybe you have any great ideas. ;)
I love getting new things! Especially the ones made with love!

Birthday gift

This is a beautiful pearl set I made for my Mommy's special day. Unfortunately, I couldn't catch the real colour of the pearls as they are vintage pewter colour with a light champaign sparkle. =)

Ocean At Night

This is my newest brooch with beautiful paua shell cabochon. This cab has very interesting colour scheme with multiple shades of green, purple and blue. Soft ultrasuede backing (love, love, love my new pile of ultrasuede pieces!!!) and silver-plated pinback.
